1、 Purpose:
The low-temperature planetary ball mill can finely grind or mix solid particles, suspensions, and pastes with different particle sizes and materials using both dry and wet methods at low temperatures. If a vacuum ball milling jar is used, the sample can be ground and mixed in vacuum or inert gas. IIIWorking principle
The planetary ball mill is equipped with four ball milling tanks on a large plate. When the plate rotates (revolution), it drives the ball milling tanks to rotate around their own axis (rotation), thus forming planetary motion. The transmission ratio between revolution and rotation is 1:2 (revolution for one revolution, rotation for two revolutions). The grinding balls and abrasives inside the tank collide, crush, grind, and mix the test samples under the action of two centrifugal forces: revolution and rotation.Use an air conditioning compressor to heat the ball milling environment.
